🌸 Absolutely anything you want to throw in! For example I used:
🌸 Mixed lettuce leaves
🌸 Sun-dried tomatoes
🌸 Tomatoes (plum)
🌸 Red and yellow peppers
🌸 Spring onion
How to make:
1) This is a one-step wonder…chop everything up and mix together on a plate! Simple yet delicious. Quick and most certainly easy. Also very, very healthy.
You can literally put anything salad-esque into this dish; with endless options, all roads lead to deliciousness. A sprinkle of seeds e.g pumpkin could be added too, to make it even better.
