You will need…
๐ŸŒธ150g butter

๐ŸŒธ250g plain flour

๐ŸŒธ450g soft brown ย sugar

๐ŸŒธ2 eggs

๐ŸŒธ1 tsp salt

๐ŸŒธ150g plain chocolate chips (or use a chocolate bar, broken into chunks)

๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ
How to make:
1) Preheat oven to 180ยฐC.

2) Mix together the butter and sugar until combined. Add the flour, salt and then the eggs (gradually to avoid curdling), blend until it is mixed well.

3) Add half of the chocolate chips and marshmallows and stir.

4) Finally pour the mixture into a baking paper-lined tin and spread evenly; sprinkle the remaining chocolate and marshmallows on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
