Sweet summer stone-fruit tart

An obvious choice for a delicious dessert, this fruity-sweet tart is the epitome of summer sunshine. The colours alone evoke happiness, and the taste is exactly the same. Eat with caution, you will want another slice (and maybe another).

You will need…
๐ŸŒธ1 ready-rolled puff pastry (the kind from the supermarket)
๐ŸŒธ2 large nectarines
๐ŸŒธAround 90g cherries (around 30 individual cherries)
๐ŸŒธ1 plum
๐ŸŒธ2 tsp honey (and a little more for a layer to be spread on the pastry)

How to make:
1)Preheat oven to 180ยฐC
2) On a flat surface, unroll your pastry (it should already be rolled in baking paper, if not, put the pastry on an adequately sized piece).
3) In a large dish, chop up your plum and nectarines into thin slices, and halve the cherries (of course removing the stones from all fruits); mix with a spoon. Add 2 large teaspoons of honey and mix again until all the fruit is covered. image
4) Spread a thin layer of honey onto the pastry, and pour the fruit into the centre, leaving around a 1 inch gap around the edge. image.jpg

5) Place onto a flat, metal baking tray and bake for 30 mins or until the pastry is of a golden colour.image.jpg
